After graduating HS in 2009 and attending college in Massachusetts for several years and beginning to hit the gym pretty frequently, I noticed myself becoming more and more fascinated with every aspect of training. In 2014 I decided to become a certified PT. It was of particular interest to me at the time, as I thoroughly enjoyed studying topics such as "Super Training" by Mike Siff and "The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook" by Lyle McDonald. What I assumed to be merely a passing interest has blossomed into a lifestyle.
Since becoming a certified Personal Trainer I have met & worked with some absolutely fantastic people – I am truly fortunate to do what I love.
