EXERCISE – NUTRITION – LIFESTYLE
I’m a firm believer in flexible dieting (IIFYM) & enjoying the foods you eat – I don’t write any meals or meal plans for my clients (although I can definitely help you with that!); it’s all about educating them on how to eat properly for their goals & controlling their intake via their goal macronutrients. I hate the word ‘cheat’ – if you like a food, there should be no reason you can’t eat it each day – so long as you’re fitting it into your daily macro requirements.
I offer online coaching services – i.e. I can control your exercise & nutrition programming entirely – as well as personal training sessions which typically tie in nicely in helping my clients maintain intensity & see the results they’re after. I also offer them at a discounted rate to anybody who hires my training or nutrition services. Obviously, I’m here to help you in any way I can!
